Tomorrow starts the next day of your life....

I sat down here to slice today with no idea what to write about, then I heard this advice on the television.
What does this really mean?  Of course tomorrow is the starts the next day of your life. The next will be the same. This is one of those sayings that always drove me crazy.
Is there a saying out there that has drive your crazy?

  1. Not exactly a saying, but "I know you are but what am I?" Drives me bananas!

  2. I don't know if this counts, but the Beatles song "Eight Days a Week" used to irritate me. I think I must have first heard it when I was very young and VERY literal.

These days the "YOLO!" I hear from my students makes me about insane. That might have more to do with the fact that they use it as an excuse/half-apology for doing something that they shouldn't.

  3. I have a problem with the idiom: Money doesn't grow on trees - Ok so I totally get it, but money is made of paper and paper is made from trees . . .
